Cancellation policy

Effective Date: 12 August 2026

By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the then current subscription price, until you cancel.

You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@hazelspet.com, with at least 7 days' notice before your next scheduled charge so that you are not charged for the next cycle.

We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription pricing, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
